Working with us
How much does a website cost?
A business website starts at ₹15,000 and an online store at ₹40,000. After one call we send a fixed quote, and the price changes only if the scope does.
How long does it take?
A business website takes about 10 working days once we have your content. An online store takes about 3 weeks, and an app 6 to 10 weeks.
How do payments work?
You pay 50% to start and 50% before handover. Larger projects are split into milestones, each paid when you approve it.
Who owns the code and the design?
You do, once the project is paid in full. The domain, hosting and store accounts are in your name from day one.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, text and photos, one person who makes decisions, and feedback within 3 working days when we ask for it.
What if I want changes midway?
Two rounds of revisions are included. Anything bigger is priced in writing first, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes. After that you can take a monthly care plan or call us when you need something.
Can you take over a website or app someone else built?
Yes. We review it first and tell you what is worth keeping and what is not.
Do you work with clients in other cities?
Yes. Most of our work happens over video calls and written updates, so location does not matter.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything confidential.
Web development

About 10 working days once we have your content. A landing page takes 3 to 5 days and an online store about 3 weeks.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a short training session so you can edit your own text, photos and products without calling us.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
Yes. We review it first and tell you what is worth keeping and what is not. A redesign keeps your old links working so you do not lose search ranking.
App development
See the servicesDo I need separate apps for Android and iPhone?
No. We build one app with Flutter or React Native that runs on both, which roughly halves the cost of two separate apps.
How long does an app take?
A first version takes 6 to 10 weeks. A clickable prototype takes 1 to 2 weeks, and its fee is credited against the build if you go ahead.
Who owns the app?
You do, once the project is paid in full. The app is published under your own Google Play and Apple Developer accounts.
AI and automation
See the servicesWill a chatbot give wrong answers to my customers?
It answers only from the information you approve, and hands the conversation to a person when it is not sure. You can read every conversation.
Is my data safe?
The assistant runs in accounts you own, and your files are not used to train public models. We set access by role so staff see only what they should.
What if a task is not worth automating?
Then we tell you. Some jobs are cheaper done by hand, and a plain answer saves you money.
IT solutions
See the servicesDo you need to visit our office?
No. Email, hosting, backup, security and software setup are all done remotely. We do not repair hardware; for that we will point you to someone good.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours. Every domain, hosting, email and cloud account is opened in your name with your email, so you always own it.
Do care plans have a minimum term?
Yes, three months, billed monthly in advance. Unused hours do not carry over, and extra hours are billed at the hourly rate.
